PAYMENT OPTIONS AND POLICIES

Payment is due at the time services are rendered, including co-payments and other insurance fees and deductibles. A 50% deposit is required on all eyewear (spectacles and contact lens purchases) before ordering, and the balance is due when the products are delivered.

We accept cash and checks, as well as MasterCard, Debit, Discover, VISA, and American Express.

Refund Policies

In the event your eyewear doesn't meet your expectations, a refund will given without question minus a 20% labor and restocking fee. If we have made changes to your eyewear one or more times, there will be a 35% restocking fee. Refunds are made by check or credit to your charge card. In the event of discounts due to multiple pair purchases, refunds will be figured by using the returned item as the 2nd pair purchase.

There is absolutely NO REFUND on eye exams, contact lens fitting and other professional services.

If contact lenses are an option for you, we are the contact lens experts! We have contacts for people with astigmatism, bifocals, dry eyes, and a history of contact lens discomfort. We have thousands of the latest soft and rigid permeable contact lenses in stock at very competitive prices.

Contact lenses are not refundable. When fittings are done they are a service that the doctor has preformed and spent extra time to do and will in no way be refunded. If a fit is done and for any reason you later decide it is not what you want, you are still responsible for the fitting fee.

Invisible progressive bifocals can be changed to any other form of bifocal if you have problems adjusting to this type of lens within 2 weeks. There is no additional charge or restocking fee, but there is no refund if the lens type you are changing back to costs less.

There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.
